What does it take to completely reimagine what the digital customer experience for an airline could be, while at the same time creating new territories for their business to grow?

Over the course of three plus years, we worked hand-in-hand with Delta’s senior leadership to create and deliver a shared vision that put the customer at the center of everything they do. From customer experience to product strategy, we directly designed or indirectly impacted nearly every customer-facing touchpoint in the company. The resulting new site design, content strategy, and customer flow, along with a suite of mobile and tablet-based apps, and multiple experiential and physical touch experiences helped to establish Delta as the industry leader in digital travel around the globe.
